Jesse represents defendants and plaintiffs in shareholder, fiduciary, SEC, business, and employment disputes in all forums, including federal and state trial courts and courts of appeal, regulatory/administrative proceedings, and private arbitrations.

A former litigation partner at two top international law firms, Jesse provides big firm experience and expertise with small-firm client focus and efficiency. His clients have included public and private companies, shareholders, executives, directors, boards and board committees, employers, and employees.

An Austin native, Jesse lives there with his attorney wife and their three non-attorney children.
